Berry Guesthouse nestled in picturesque countryside with sweeping views of the escarpment, Broughton Mill Farmstay has three and a half acres of gardens includes a tennis court, solar heated pool, water gardens and a private picnic area. The award winning architect designed berry guesthouse includes dining room, library and reading room, sunny terraces, polished timber floors, and an open fire. Pamper yourself in the luxury accommodation which has five guest suites that are all spacious and open directly to the private gardens. They each have a private sitting room and full bathroom. Four of the suites have large baths with showers above and the fifth has a large easy access shower area. Relax in the library, sunroom, lounge (with open fire), dining room or on the terraces. The kitchen provides regular treats as well as the full breakfast and the dinners that are available using fresh local produce. Unwind in the three and a half acres of grounds where there is a tennis court and a solar heated swimming pool as well as hidden retreats and walks next to Broughton Mill Creek. A games lawn, seats with relaxing vistas, fruit and vegetable gardens producing fresh produce for the kitchen as well as chickens, geese and ducks add to the stress relieving clean fresh air.
