Your hosts Jan and Greg Woods welcome you to By the Beach B&B Apartments. We are committed to ensuring that you enjoy the perfect setting in our brand new architect designed complex a few steps from beautiful and peaceful Palm Beach at Sanctuary Point. The complex comprises our home with rooms available for traditional Bed and Breakfast plus three energy-efficient, purpose-built, self-contained apartments with private entrances. The apartments are interconnected to allow multiple renting for family and friends. Building construction utilises Western Australian limestone blocks and mini orb. Floors are polished concrete, and large windows enhance the water views and northern sun. The design is environmentally friendly with full insulation, underground water storage, grey water recycling, solar panels, heat pump and recirculating hot water pump. The natural surroundings are a real hit with visitors. With kangaroos literally on the front lawn, abundant bird life, resident black swans and pelicans on the waterfront plus nightly visits from brush-tailed possums, you are sure to have stories to take home.
