This sunny retreat offers open planned spacious living both indoors and out. Unwind on the large deck which provides great outdoor, alfresco living where you can admire the spectacular scenic views of Avoca and it's beachside by day and colourful sunsets and myriads of twinkling stars by night. Avoca Beach is situated on the New South Wales Central Coast, east of Gosford. It takes 1 hour via the F3 Freeway from Hornsby by car. Also a train from Hornsby to Gosford and then a bus to Avoca takes less than 2 hours. Avoca Getaway is a holiday destination for all seasons. Beachside houses are often overlooked as an option for cosy intimate winter weekend away with someone special. Being situated in the Avoca "bowl" and having a northern aspect the house is protected from the harsh southerly winds while at the same time captures the warmth of the winter sun. Winter sunsets are beautiful ....and this is the time to light the log combustion fire and open that special bottle of red wine.
