AVOCA HAVEN is a new, three bedroom Duplex situated across the road from the beach. It has its own right of way straight ahead. Avoca Haven has panoramic views of both North Avoca and South Avoca. This is a beautifully presented property with great views of both North Avoca and South Avoca with every modern convenience including a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, family room, separate TV room with DVD and surround sound and Tuscan courtyard . Fully Reverse Cycle Airconditioned Avoca Haven has three double bedrooms all with ceiling fans and will sleep up to eight very comfortably. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and ensuite. Bedroom two a queen size bed and fold out if required, and bedroom three has one double bed cantilever style and one single bed with a separate trundle underneath. All rooms have large opening windows with fly screens. There are two modern bathrooms and a separate powder room for guests. At back there is a lovely Tuscan style courtyard with an additional outdoor setting for eight people and a modern stainless steel barbeque. The front deck has spectacular beach and bush views of North and South Avoca. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen has all new appliances including a 90cm oven. There is an extra family room which spills onto the Tuscan courtyard. Finally the enormous carpeted double garage contains a ping pong table making it perfect for a teenage retreat if needed.
