Peats Bite is an exclusive water access only restaurant situated on the beautiful Hawkesbury River approximately an hour north of Sydney. Peat's Bite operates from 1st weekend of September - last weekend in June every year. A regular lunch at Peats Bite takes up most of the afternoon as guests sit back and enjoy the food, the wine and the live music. It is not uncommon for diners to have a between course dip in the pool or sit out on the lawn with coffee and dessert looking over the vista that is the Hawkesbury. With complete deep-water frontage Peats Bites casual yet stylish tropical setting offers seating for up to 150 guests. A fantastic location to host weddings, functions or conferences. For those who want to spend more time enjoying the laid back peacefulness of the Hawkesbury River, Peats Bite also offers six loft style self-contained units. Each room is fitted out with a king size bed and ensuite upstairs while downstairs is a kitchenette, living area and two convertible single beds. Large sliding doors open onto a veranda that hangs over the river. There is also a swimming pool and an indoor-outdoor BBQ area.
