Welcome to Bay Waters Holiday Resort, nestled on the hilltop on 8 ½ acres, we overlook Batemans Bay township and the beautiful Clyde River. We are surrounded by bushland. Wake each day to the sound of the kookaburra's and many other species of birds greeting the day. Bay Waters Holiday Resort offers a range of accommodation styles including: Riverview Room that is situated at the bottom of the hotel facing west, a larger room with a double bed and couch, an outside deck with spectacular views of the river and township by day and the magical lights of the town by night. Courtyard Room which is very popular and consists of a double/queen with single. Some have queen + 2 singles, ideal for families on a budget. Close to the main reception all rooms have great water views. 2 Bedroom Apartments: 6 of which consist of queen in master and 2 singles in 2nd bedroom, TV in each. 2 of which have a queen in both rooms. Several facing south situated in peaceful gardens, one situated in the Vista block and the other in our River block. The hotel offers a full sized tennis court and a fully fenced pool. Enjoy your holiday by opting to either sit, relax and watch the world go by or visit some of the many great places here in the Bay. Take a day trip to Mogo Zoo and Old Mogo Town where you can go fossicking for gold. Maybe take a lunch time cruise aboard the Merinda and travel up the Clyde River to the historic village of Nelligen.

Enjoy a visit to Mogo Zoo, Montague Island or the cheese factories in nearby towns of Bodalla, Bega, Tilba. Go reef fishing from Batemans Bay or walk to the peak of Mount Dromedary.
