Welcome to Belvoir House. Belvoir, French for beautiful view conceptualises these two stunning holiday homes. Belvoir House is a lovely modern two-storey property with magnificent uninterrupted views spanning across Seven Mile Beach and Mount Coolangatta, as far as the eye can see. The two large balconies on middle and top levels directly overlooking the sea are the perfect place to have a meal, drink and wind down. Sleeping eight people, this four bedroom, two bathroom, (three toilet) duplex is spacious with all the modern facilities, stainless steel appliances, fully ducted air conditioning, ceiling fans, two LCD TVs with blue-ray DVD player and 3.1 surround sound. All quality linen and towels will be provided for your stay. Parking for up to three cars with remote key entry to the lock up garage and there is a user friendly home security system in place. The ensuite to the main bedroom consists of shower, toilet and basin with balcony. The spacious main bedroom also has a walk-in wardrobe and overlooks the beach. The main bathroom consists of shower and bath with separate toilet and separate wash area with double basin. Laundry includes washing machine and dryer downstairs. Gerroa is a quaint and very secluded coastal village. The native birdlife and sleepy village atmosphere makes it perfect. Seven mile beach is the great for either swimming, wind surfing, taking surfing lessons or going for a very long walk towards Shoalhaven Heads.
