Kiama Beach Holidays is located at Kiama Downs on the NSW South Coast. This spacious house would suit 2 or 3 families. Or just 2 people is fine (special price for 2 adults). The Deck at the front is devoted soley to entertaining, smell the salt air, watch the waves breaking on the beach, sometimes whales and dolphins. Be overwhelmed by the spectacular beach, ocean and hill views. This refurbished house is fully equipped and has timber floors, good heating, 3 TVs and 2 DVD Players, 4 bedrooms and a rumpus room which can be made into a bedroom. Large sun drenched balcony at the back with BBQ and a great yard for the kids. On the Ocean side the formal lounge area opens to the front balcony. Great for a golfing weekend. With 2 minutes walk to the Golf Course. Upstairs: Huge entertaining Kitchen with Dishwasher for the gourmet cook, family room, 3 bedrooms (2 with Queen beds and 1 with 2 Singles), bathroom, spa and toilet. Downstairs: Formal entry and Rumpus room with fold out sofas, 1 huge bedroom (with Queen bed and fold out sofa - plenty of other fold out sofas in the house), another toilet, shower and laundry, Huge 2 car garage and plenty of off-street parking.
