Seahaven Beach House accommodates up to 10 people and has 4 bedrooms, two have queen beds, the other two bedrooms have a double with single above in each. The house also has reverse-cycle air conditioning. It also has 2 bathrooms, excellent kitchen with all the mod cons, stainless steel BBQ and outdoor setting. The house has two living areas, one downstairs which has a 106cm LCD TV and leads out to the paved outdoor area which has a new S/S BBQ. The other is the upstairs lounge room which also has a 106cm LCD TV. There is also a new computer which is connected to the Internet via high speed broadband. Both LCD TVs are connected separately to Austar (Foxtel). The main bedroom upstairs has its own private living area with beautiful water views from the balcony. All linen is included in the cost: towels, sheets, blankets, doonas, tea towels etc, so just bring yourselves and sit back and relax. There is a childrens park nearby bordering a small protected beach, as well as a covered wading pool and ocean pool a 50 metre walk from the house. A boat ramp/jetty is close to the house.

Enjoy walking trails, golfing, surfing, snorkelling, scuba diving, swimming, sailing, boating, charter a boat to get that big fish, go for a kayak adventure on Lake Illawarra. Take to the skies at Illawarra Regional Airport to get a bird's eye view tour of Shellharbour from a Microlight plane or a 200km/h adrenaline rush Skydiving. Visit nearby Illawarra Light Railway Museum, Futureworld: National Centre for Appropriate Technology, Oak Flats Rollerskating Rink, Playmaze for Kids, Kiama Blowhole, Minnamurra Rainforest Centre, Jamberoo Family Fun Park.
