If your idea of a perfect holiday is a private chalet with stunning views of the Dorrigo escarpment and a crystal clear river nearby, then look no further. Promised Land Cottages are for you. Our self-contained timber cottages are modern, bright, fully-equipped and designed for comfort. The open-plan living area is tastefully decorated and leads out onto a spacious covered deck for relaxed alfresco dining. All this is on 100 acres of land only 12km from Bellingen, with its art and craft shops, cafes and festivals. Promised Land Cottages offers you the choice of three luxurious cottages. All are self-contained to ensure your privacy and independence. Each one features a fully-equipped modern kitchen and bathroom with spa-bath. There is reverse cycle air conditioning to keep you comfortable no matter what the season, TV/DVD/CD system plus a BBQ on your covered deck. Laundry facilities are nearby but separate. Two cottages sleep up to six guests in two bedrooms and one cottage is designed especially for couples wanting a romantic retreat. There is a games room for shooting pool or playing table tennis. Mountain bikes are provided to explore the area. A first class tennis court has lights for night games and there are stables for guests wishing to bring their horses
