Lanis on the Beach is ideally situated 2.5 hours from Newcastle, 3.5 hours from Sydney and 12 Minutes from Taree. At Lanis On The Beach we offer cabins and open plan cottages which are ideally suited to couples or small families, with ensuite facilities and Austar TV. They also have verandahs to take advantage of the cooling sea breeze. We can provide spacious grassy sites to accommodate large groups. Our park is especially suitable for the larger type of motor home due to the majority of the park enjoying open space. Our Camp Kitchen is now fully operational. This is a great asset not only for Campers but for Aero Clubs and Caravan Clubs as the Conference/TV Room is well appointed. It was also used as an venue for Childrens activities such as a visit from Santa, being entertained by a Clown, plaster modelling and painting etc. Planes & ultralights regularly use our park as a convenient holiday destination, being directly adjacent and readily accessible to the Old Bar airstrip. We are able to tow the planes into the park, so that pilots and their passengers can camp under the wing, or stay in one of our cabins.
