The verandahs are "the perfect place" to breathe the fresh country air as you enjoy our large country breakfasts. Watch the kangaroos, kookaburras and if you are lucky the Glossy Backed Cockatoos.
The small village of Urunga boasts the award winning restaurant, Anchors Wharf Cafe & Family Restaurant. Why not treat yourself to a coffee or dinner after taking a stroll over the footbridge at Urunga or along idyllic beaches?
The heritage listed town of Bellingen is just a short 15 minute drive from Hungry Head. Visit the galleries and many craft stores or just enjoy the cafes and restaurants. Be sure to visit the World Heritage listed National Park. The beautiful unspoiled Hungry Head beach is a short 5 minute drive or a 10 minute cycle trip.
