At Fantasy Island Resort you are in the heart of the Burnt Pine shopping area, with banks, the bowling club, restaurants and cafes - and just five minutes drive from the historic Kingston area and the beautiful clear waters of Emily and Slaughter bays. The resort, situated opposite the Post Office and Visitors Information Centre, comprises 10 ground floor units set in 4 1/2 acres of landscaped grounds planted with many tropical flowering plants and shrubs. All units have magnificent valley and ocean views to Philip and Nepean Islands from private balconies. Resident owners Lyndsay and Sharon Tooley, long time travelers, have produced what we want when we travel. We meet and greet all flights to the island, and complimentary transfers to and from the airport include a brief orientation tour of the shopping area for all our guests. A pool and barbecue and entertainment area and four takeaway hot food shops, a florist and tour operator are situated on the site for your added convenience. For early arrivals or late departures, a transit lounge is provided at reception. It has new, modern, comfortable lounges, tea and coffee making facilities, big screen TV and W.C. We have 10 newly constructed modern units, opened in late 2000, situated opposite the Post Office and Visitors Bureau in the heart of the Burnt Pine Shopping area. They are set back from the main road on a level site.
