Fun n Sun Motel site with quiet off road units, ideal for family stays situated in the coastal town of Ballina in Northern NSW. The town of Ballina, centred on an island at the mouth of the Richmond River, is surrounded by 32kms of sandy beaches and waterways. The Fun n Sun Motel provides comfortable and spacious 1 and 2 bedroom poolside self-contained accommodation that come complete with air conditioning and fully equipped kitchens. A disabled unit is also available. All 17 rooms are air conditioned with Queen Beds. The Fun n Sun Motel is set on 2 acres with a beautiful outdoor swimming pool, BBQ with large childrens play area and guest laundry. Fun n Sun Motel is the perfect base for you to discover the sunny beaches and the many attractions surrounding Ballina on the north coast of NSW, including the beaches, rivers and lakes for fishing, fine restaurants and scenic coastal drives. Activities include swimming and surf beaches, great shopping, fine restaurants, lakes for fishing and scenic drives along the breathtaking east coast of Australia. We are also in walking distance to McDonalds, an excellent Seafood Shop, Tavern and small shopping centre. Accommodation is 1 Bedroom or 2 Bedroom Self Contained Rooms with: aiconditioning, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, tea/coffee making facilities, clock radio, Austar, truck/trailer/bus friendly parking.
