Set in the exclusive and magical valley of Upper Kangaroo River, Rivendale Retreat is the perfect place to relax and experience the ultimate romantic weekend.
This lovely fully renovated home is stylishly but warmly furnished with high quality recycled timber furniture, hardwood floors, soft throws, large turkish cushions and of course a log burning stove. Rivendale offers magnificent 270 degree views of sandstone escarpment, luscious forest and rolling pastures, and is beautifully situated in a young olive grove overlooking the neighbouring nut orchards and vineyards of Yawarra Estate.
At Rivendale you will immediately find an ambience that will soothe and invigorate your soul from the moment you arrive. You can lazily fall back into the comfortable day-bed on the large undercover veranda, or relax on the private deck overlooking the dam and our native garden. Take a stroll through the olive grove or nearby rainforest before watching some of the most beautiful sunsets you may ever see. Night-time brings a myriad of stars, best seen by the outdoor fire-pit, before you retire to the soft surroundings of Rivendales stylish interior.
