Three storey family home located in beautiful, quiet Careel Bay. The waterfront home features 4.2m x 2m heated swim spa with magnificent views right up to Palm Beach. In the entertaining area 6m wide bi-fold doors connect the spa, lawn & garden with the huge rumpus featuring 3/4 pool table & large screen television & home theatre system. Also on this level is a bar/wet area with drinks fridge, third bathroom & laundry facilities. The stylish kitchen has great 2 drawer dishwashers and fridge with ice/water dispenser. There is a separate dining room to one end of the kitchen as well as a breakfast bench area that opens onto a large deck at the other end of the kitchen. Making use of the large BBQ with wok-burner means the outdoor setting on the deck is an inviting place to eat any time of day & enjoy the close water views. The lounge room features home theatre system & takes in the full bay views. There are four double sized bedrooms covering 2 levels. On the middle level is the master bedroom with queen bed, magnificent views, LCD television, large built-in & ensuite bathroom. Upstairs are 3 spacious bedrooms with a large bathroom, a bath (with a view!) & extra WC. There is a 1 x queen bedroom, 1 x single bedroom with trundle bed & the bedroom with the best water views - a twin king single bedroom. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes & plenty of room.
