Each self-contained townhouse faces north for winter sun and summer breezes. The townhouses each have three bedrooms and three bathrooms, outdoor and indoor dining areas, large covered decks with BBQ facilities and ocean views. There is also a lock-up garage for each townhouse with internal access. Located a short walk from beaches, restaurants, shops, public transport and the Stradbroke Hotel, Beachies offers the perfect home away from home. Beachies offers all the comforts of home in an idyllic holiday setting. North Stradbroke Island has an incredible diversity of experiences to offer and beautiful sights to explore. Its unspoilt beaches and headlands are perfect for swimming, surfing, sailing, diving and fishing all year round. Watch the breathtaking seascape from your deck as the humpback whales pass by on their annual migration from Antarctica to the the Barrier Reef. Access to this world class island destination is via vehicular ferry which ensures that the number of visitors is kept to an environmentally sustainable level.
