Welcome to Rainbow Sands Resort. The Rainbow Sands Resort offers 1 and 2 bedroom self contained apartments, beautifully decorated and fully appointed. The Sands has both overnight and weekly accommodation available and are situated only 500 metres from endless beaches where the only footprints could be yours. The Sands is perfectly positioned, within short walking distance of the shopping precinct and the patrolled surf beaches. The beautiful hamlet of Rainbow Beach offers visitors a myriad of things to keep everyone including, Mum, Dad and the kids entertained. Rainbow Beach is uniquely situated within the Great Sandy National Park. The area provides everything from bush walking, fishing, and off road 4WDriving. Rainbow Beach is world renowned as the gateway to the World Heritage listed Fraser Island. Organized tours run daily to the Island, as well as offering the 4WD enthusiast the opportunity to experience the beauty of Fraser Island whilst testing their driving skills . The region offers other activities such as Paragliding, tours to the famous Coloured Sands, horse riding, charter fishing and amphibious vehicle tours. Rainbow Beach is surrounded by endless waterways, and can boast having one of Australias most pristine marine environments.
