And considering the range of facilities on offer, Park View is excellent value-for-money. Being completely self-contained, each air-conditioned apartment offers all the comforts of home, including a fully equipped kitchen and laundry and satellite television (with 2 Movie channels and 2 Sports channels amongst others.) Wireless BROADBAND internet is available at modest rates. Also, for peace of mind, each apartment has its own secure internal car park space. Mermaid Beach Park View is located right in the centre of the Gold Coast. It sits in a quiet street, backing onto a park and only moments by foot from the all-year-round surf patrolled Mermaid Beach. Many well known attractions are within walking distance. Trendy Broadbeach, Pacific Fair (the vast shopping destination), famous Draculas and the Casino are all very close by.
