The complex comprises of 1, 2 & 3 bedroom/2 bathroom townhouses set in tranquil gardens - a private and tropical sanctuary. Our facilities include a heated lagoon style pool, outdoor spa, sauna and BBQ areas. At Coco Bay, you can do as much or as little as you wish - we are nestled just 80 metres from the sparkling Noosa River and 4 min drive to Noosa's Main Beach. We offer the perfect lifestyle combination - the relaxing quiet of the river and beach, with fishing, swimming, sailing and surfing, coupled with the excitement of Noosa itself and its variety of shops, restaurants and activities. Coco Bay is just a stroll to the Noosaville riverfront precinct of more than 40 restaurants and cafes, or you may just opt to sit on the banks of the Noosa River at sunset and eat delicious, locally-caught fish & chips. Our Resort is also walking distance to a Woolworths supermarket and 20+ specialty shops. It is a 25 minute flat walk to the renown Hastings Street and Main Beach. For those who prefer it, the local bus stops at the door every 15 mins, also heading to the open beaches of Sunshine and Peregian Beaches.
