A private, spacious property with extensive lawns and tropical gardens, Beachside is just 1 minute walk to Four Mile Beach and less than 5 minutes drive from the village centre and boating marina. With 1,100 square metres of private indoor and outdoor living areas, Beachside has ample space, peace and privacy. It’s a very comfortable environment for larger families or friends to enjoy beachside tropical living. The main residence has 3 bedrooms, en-suite and 2nd bathroom with separate toilet. Two extra bedrooms, separated from the main house, another bathroom, full laundry and double lockup garage complete the picture. Beachside has a large indoor lounge, dining, entertaining area overlooking the under-cover heated pool. The well equipped gourmet kitchen includes a refrigerator with ice/water dispenser, a 2nd drinks fridge and an automatic coffee machine. The lounge opens onto a covered outdoor area with gas and Weber BBQs - a fantastic setting amongst lawns and lush tropical and native gardens. Choose a sun lounge - and stretch out and relax!!! All bedrooms have air-conditioning and ceiling fans. Quality furnishings including Plasma TV, satellite TV, internet. Family friendly - port-a-cot and high chair available and plenty of lawn for kiddies to play. Quality linen and towels provided - including beach towels.
