Cockleshell Cottage B&B is located only 200 metres from the beautiful Aldinga Beach and is adjacent to the Aldinga Conservation Park. Cockleshell Cottage is conveniently placed to explore the McLaren Vale Wine Region. The fully equipped kitchen features stove, microwave, refrigerator, tea and coffee making facilities and ample crockery and cutlery. For Bed and Breakfast guests provisions are left for a hearty continental breakfast. For your first night, enjoy a complimentary bottle of McLaren Vale wine and local savoury produce. The Dining Room is adjacent to the kitchen and has seating for six people. It is decorated with seaside themes and features polished timber floorboards and ample natural lighting. Wine, champagne and beer glasses together with bottle coolers and drink coasters are provided for that more intimate dinner. The Master Bedroom features a Queen size bed, polished timber floorboards and built-in wardrobes. A ceiling fan is fitted for your comfort in summer and an electric blanket is provided in winter. Cockleshell Cottage has a fully featured bathroom with shower, bath and toilet. Guests can relax in the antique, claw-foot enamelled bath with the complimentary bath bombs. A fully equipped laundry with automatic washing machine and dryer are supplied. The comfortable and spacious lounge has a television, video and CD player. Reverse-cycle airconditioning is installed and a cosy slow combustion heater is fitted for the winter months.
