The Links is a place rich in local heritage. Originally established by the Crawfords and Clarks as a sheep and cattle farm, the land was transformed in 1998 by Mike Hill into a championship sand based Links Golf Course. Designed by Jack Newton, Graeme Grant and John Spencer, The Links currently resides at 52 in the Top 100 Australian golf courses. In 2004 the hotel and clubhouse complete with restaurant and conference facilities were opened in conjunction with apartments alongside St. Andrews Boulevard. In August 2007 the additional 42 Grand Mercure 4 ½ star studio apartments were open for business, these rooms adjoin the hotel complex and are built over three levels all with superior finishes. Furthermore up to 900 residential allotments are being released in throughout the project allowing everyone a part of thestages enviable lifestyle The Links has become today. A stunning location, catering from 10 - 200 people, superb dining and conference facilities, nationally recognised golf course, cellar door and diverse local activities - The Links is the perfect conference and incentive solution.
