A cycling/walking trail is out the front this runs from Encounter Bay to Middleton following the beautiful coast with spectacular views. Ideal for a family holiday or "girls" or "guys" weekend away! Set on two front blocks and one rear block with ample off street parking for cars and boats. Victor Harbor is about 100 km from Adelaide. Access the world class golf courses, the wine regions of Strathalbyn and McLaren Vale and the great beaches of the Fleurieu Peninsula. Also close to Port Elliot and picturesque Horseshoe Bay. Victor Harbor is an ideal stopover if traveling from Adelaide en route to Kangaroo Island.
