The light court gives a bright and airy feel to the adjacent sitting room. The living/games room is linked to the outdoor entertaining area and backyard via a covered pergola. Laundry and toilet facilities are also located on the ground floor. The ultra modern open plan lounge, dining and kitchen are located on the upper floor, extending to the front balcony overlooking the esplanade and sea. The huge master bedroom is linked to a walk in robe, bathroom and yet another balcony to the rear. The timber staircase and handrail is finished in polished pine. The backyard features colorbond 'Good Neighbour' fencing, lawned and landscaped area's with pop-up sprinklers and concrete pavers leading to the clothes line and secure carport for 1 vehicle. Carport access is via a road to the rear of the property. There is also on-site parking for 2 other vehicles per villa.
