This holiday rental is a modern, spacious, self-contained 3 bedroom courtyard home, located in the heart of Tumby Bay. Offering queen, double and single beds, all in separate bedrooms, this accommodation sleeps 5 comfortably. Located in a small group of three homes across the road from the town oval, there is an abundance of open space nearby, great for walks or just kicking the footy. Walk around the corner and you can access local specialty shops, supermarkets, bakery, butcher, choice of two local hotels, chemist, hairdressers and much more.. A few steps further is the white sandy beach offering kilometers of open space. The protected shallow water bay is ideal for families to enjoy the crystal clear waters. The town jetty also offers the chance to drop a line in for squid, Tommies, Garfish or even the odd King George Whiting. With reverse cycle air-conditioning in the open plan living area and ceiling fans in all three bedrooms, this home offers all year round comfort. The sheltered and paved rear courtyard is equipped with barbeque and small outdoor setting to help you make the most of the Eyre Peninsula outdoor country lifestyle. A large two way bathroom offers a shower, vanity and separate bath, to accommodate for those with children or those who simply want to soak whilst reading their favourite book.
