Kooran Rise is a new contemporary style holiday house at American River on Kangaroo Island. Set in a peaceful and private setting, it is surrounded by a bush garden. You will enjoy relaxing with panoramic sea and rural views over American River, and have the convenience of the local township within a short walk.Kooran Rise is furnished to executive standard with spacious airy living areas leading onto front and rear decking, with sweeping views of the untouched Kangaroo Island landscape from the open plan dining and lounge area and the two main bedrooms. For your entertainment a DVD, CD player and board games are provided. The house sleeps six in three large bedrooms. Two rooms have superb views with queen beds – one has an ensuite, and the third bedroom has two single beds. The main bathroom has a separate toilet. Quality bed linen and towels are provided, with soaps especially made for Kooran Rise using locally produced honey and eucalyptus oil.The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel oven and cook-top, microwave and dishwasher. The cupboards are well stocked with quality crockery and utensils. Full laundry facilities are available with a washing machine, tumble dryer and iron. We provide environmentally friendly cleaning products and washing detergents.
