The house, architect-designed of western red cedar is located on one of the finest swimming and fishing beaches on Kangaroo Island. Island Beach is a pristine, north-facing, well protected beach with plenty of dolphins, pelicans and birdlife. The beautiful natural bush is home to many wallabies. A place to relax all year round where both summer and winter temperatures are mild. An ideal base to explore the island or simply relax fishing and beach walking. The house is fully furnished and equipped and sleeps 6 people in Queen, double and two single beds . Linen, towels, Quilts, blankets and pillows are supplied. Also included: Microwave oven/standard oven, TV/VCR/CD/Radio, Games, books, videos, beach toys, slow combustion heater and wood, Gas BBQ/deck furniture, Full laundry facilities and Undercover parking. Mooring offshore is available and a 3.6 metre dinghy for guest use. Superb accommodation at affordable rates.
