Welcome to Swaynes Cottage Kangaroo Island established since March 2005. Swaynes Cottage is a 3 bedroom fully self-contained home located in the quiet beach side township of Brownlow. With only 150m to the beach this is ideal for a quiet stroll along the waters edge or beachcombing fun with the kids. Kingscote town centre (2km) and golf course (1km) is only a short drive away. Fishing off the local jetty is renowned for providing a great catch of the day. Centrally located to all island attractions you can come back to the privacy of your own enclosed backyard, relax under the decking/pergola, have a glass of wine, cook on the BBQ, listen to the waves breaking and if you are lucky enough spot some pelicans flying lazily by. Our aim is to provide you with a comfortable and relaxing island holiday. Swaynes Cottage sleeps 6 people with 2x queen size beds and 1x double bed with all bedding and linen provided (quilts, pillows, sheets & towels). For your convenience Swayne's Cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with all cooking facilities. TV, Video/DVD and CD player are also provided with an extensive movie library. The laundry has a full automatic washing machine with iron & ironing board. Pergola/decking with outdoor setting and BBQ are some of the many features to this property.
