Situated on the major tourist route of South Coast Road, immediately opposite the Seal Bay Road, it is the closest accommodation to the Seal Bay national park. A group of self-contained cabins situated on 35 acres of land in a tranquil rural setting nestled against native gum trees around a winter lagoon.Water birds, wild flowers and native animals are on your doorstep depending on season. Please note that for school holidays and Christmas time, cancellations require 30 days' notice, otherwise a cancellation fee may be incurred.

Due to its prime location in the middle of the tourist route, Kaiwarra is an ideal base for visiting Seal Bay, Little Sahara, Kelly Hill Caves, Remarkable Rocks, Admirals Arch and Flinders Chase national park. A 15 minute drive will take you to the spectacular Vivonne Bay beach for surfing, fishing, fun golf and other attractions. Situated 7 minutes from Seal Bay, 20 minutes from the airport, 30 minutes from Kingscote, and 50 minutes from the ferry.
