Two beautifully presented Kangaroo Island holiday houses available for holiday rental. Both of these unique properties are set along side the pristine beaches of Penneshaw. Kangaroo Island is an environmental paradise. To help protect it we have installed an EnviroCycle at Baudin House. Please only use environmental friendly products P and avoid using products that harm our planet. Baudin House is situated only 50 metres from the beautiful pristine Penneshaw Beach. This three bedroom home is beautifully presented with all modern amenities. Designed for comfort, relaxing and enjoying the wonderful views over the beach and Backstairs Passage to the mainland. Baudin House is within walking distance of the town centre and the ferry terminal. Most nights you can enjoy the wallabys feeding on the lawn and the fairy penguins wandering through the area. Penneshaw offers a magnificent safe, pristine beach, great fishing, a mild climate and is the home to Fairy Penguins who nest in and around the town. Facilities include shops, hotel, Baily and Baily liquor outlet, restaurants, petrol diesel and gas outlet, boat ramp, tennis courts, 9 hole golf course clubs available for hire at petrol outlet, fishing from the jetty, bait available at shops, diving, tour bookings, Penneshaw Gateway Tourist Information Centre.
