A large lounge is separated from the games room which has a built-in wet bar and second toilet. Facilities available include TV, DVD and video, CD/cassette player, table tennis, front loading washing machine, full kitchen with microwave oven and a freezer. Ample parking and sheds are available in the large backyard. The house itself is situated in the centre of Edithburgh, only a short walk from shops, and several fine dining establishments.
