Roselyn Cottage is a delightful stone miners cottage, lovingly restored, furnished with memories of the 1800s, with the exception of modern conveniences and now available to guests. Situated within a minutes walk to beautiful Queen Square parklands, a few minutes walk to local shops, hotels, restaurants and only a 3 minute drive to the beach. Two bedrooms accommodate 4 people - one with Queen size and one with a Double bed. All beds include quality linen, quilts and pillows. Both bedrooms are carpeted and have ceiling fans. The cosy lounge has comfy seating, TV, video, and a range of books, games and magazines. The cottage is fully equipped with both wood and electric stoves, a bar size refrigerator, microwave, crockery and cutlery. The heritage styled bathroom has a restored claw foot bath. Quality bath linen is supplied. An outdoor walled courtyard area is complete with gas bbq and outdoor table and chairs. During summer, a grape vine covers this area and provides summer shade. The terraced rear garden has a lawned area and the property is fenced. Well behaved small dogs are welcome by negotiation, but must remain outside. Relax in the garden spa room with double spa, greenery and cane furniture. Roselyn Heritage Cottage is unsuitable for children.
