1 Shorething is located on the sandy foreshore at Hardwicke Bay and is a comfortable holiday accommodation. It is just 2+ hours from northern Adelaide on the west coast of the Yorke Peninsula. 1 Shorething offers the following features: three bedrooms - two wih double beds, one with two single beds, combined lounge/dining area with colour TV, video, DVD and tape/radio/CD player, lounge area has a sofa bed if required, kitchen with electric upright 4-element cooker with oven; microwave; GE toast and grill; Kelvinator 250 fridge/freezer, reverse-cycle refrigerated split-system air conditioner, ceiling fan in lounge/dining; two portable fans; fan heater in bathroom, electric blankets, separate bathroom with shower, basin and toilet, double carport and raised patio area for outdoor dining, outdoor furniture, umbrella and stand, 4 Burner BBQ and gas bottle (spare gas bottle also supplied…stored in bathroom). 1 Shorething is less than an hour’s drive from some of the Peninsulas favoured attractions eg. Marion Bay and Innes National Park; Corny Point lighthouse; Port Vincent, Stansbury and Edithburgh. Heading north for a little over an hours drive are Port Hughes and Moonta, the latter being renowned for its rich mining heritage.

Hardwicke Bay is a delightful town overlooking the calm waters of Hardwicke Bay and just two and a half hours from Adelaide. It offers miles of beaches, reefs for walking, shell collecting. The beaches of Yorke Peninsula are great places to go swimming, surfing, fishing or on a family picnic. The Yorke Peninsula Coast is one of the state’s premier surfing destinations, where many major surfing and body boarding competitions are held. Attractions and activities include swimming, boating, sailing and snorkelling, fishing, sailboarding, kayaking and crabbing, water skiing and marina, golfing, tennis and walking. Explore Innes National Park, historic jetties, and wind-farms, the Home Grown Trail, the Underwater Dive Trail and the Geology Trail in the region.
