Baltic pine kitchen cupboards and baltic pine floorboards throughout living area. New carpet in the main bedrooms & ceiling fans. Beds have electric blankets, quality linen and towels. A cosy lounge with gas fired log heater. Ornate ceiling and reverse cycle air conditioning. Colour TV, DVD & CD player. Books magazines and games. Reading or music retreat at rear. Fully revamped shower room, fully tiled, vanity basin, large mirror, heater light, toilet hair dryer and toiletries supplied. Roomy laundry and second toilet, including a clothes iron and laundry powder. Ample lighting in all rooms. Generous provision for cooked and continental breakfast, coffee plunger, chocolates, wine, fruit and special treats on arrival. Relax on the front veranda with views over the parklands opposite, or use the barbeque in the secluded paved area at the rear of the cottage. Closed-in undercover car parking at side with sensor lighting for your convenience.
