Formerly one of Bellerives Gentlemens Residences, Bellerive House is a Heritage-listed property that has been lovingly restored and offers guests contemporary elegance and luxurious accommodation. One of the rooms is Bellerive - White wooden shutters give this intimate room an air of romance. With hand-painted wooden Queen bed, fresh white cotton linen, feather duvet and pillows, electric blanket, panel heating, ceiling fan, television with DVD and in house movie library. Antique English Pine furniture completes this cosy room. Complimentary mineral water in the refrigerator, teas and freshly ground coffee, biscuits and chocolates. The ensuite bathroom has a heated floor, luxurious bathrobes, thick fluffy cotton towels, hair dryer, heated towel rails and fine Tasmanian made toiletries. Bellerive House, on Hobarts Eastern Shore, is a short stroll from the picturesque and historic village of Bellerive yet is only 6 kilometres from the CBD. Some of Tasmania finest vineyards are found in the Coal River Valley, a short drive away. David and Jacqueline can assist with planning visits to many local sites and day trips. If you wish to unwind, a walk along the waterfront or dining on the balcony of the pub overlooking the marina watching yachts return after a days’ sailing, can work wonders. A brief ferry ride delivers you to Constitution Dock and the lively Salamanca Place, if you want to experience the river and leave the car behind.
