The "Bay of Fires" is Tasmania’s latest discovery, fast becoming recognised the world over for its unspoilt ecological values and cultural significance to Australia’s early inhabitants. The pristine white sands and crystal waters simply take your breath away. Queechy Cottages are situated in a quiet rural setting overlooking Georges Bay. Queechy Cottages offer 1, 2 and 3 bedroom self contained cottages. The cottages are fully equipped and include TV, microwave oven and stove, electric blankets, cutlery and linen etc. All main bedrooms have queen size beds. Relax in comfort, stroll around the bay or along nearby ocean beaches... perhaps a spot of fishing or cruise the local area.there’s really so much to enjoy. In the evening prepare your meals in your own totally self contained accommodation or savour the delights of our on site restaurant or local eateries all within walking distance. There are four motel suites with a 4 star rating. Each bed is fitted with an electric blanket. A clock radio and bedside lamps are also provided. Each bedroom contains a second TV, ample luggage storage and hanging space.
