Enjoy the delightful breakfast provisions and plan your day or dont plan your day - just let it evolve. You can simply sit and read the interesting books from the Avalon collection, swim at the secluded beach at the bottom of the path, go fishing, walking, collect shells or - head to Swansea or Freycinet to enjoy the splendor of the east coast. As the dance of the evening sky unfolds cook yourself up a storm in Avalon's beautiful kitchen using your own goodies. Or embark on creating a memorable meal using our Wursthaus gourmet mini bar provisions, luscious eye fillet steak, game keepers sausages, chicken bocconcini, cheeses, olives, crusty bread, soup, pasta and sauces all ready for you to prepare. Light the fire, pour a glass of selected Tasmanian wine and watch the moon rise over the Freycinet Peninsula or gaze at the stars.
