Ritas Bed and Breakfast is nestled among the rolling hills of the Tamar Valley, just twenty minutes drive from Launceston, Tasmania, you will discover the Swiss Village Grindelwald. Drive a little further, and you will find a truly amazing place, and that is Ritas Bed and Breakfast. Rita and Christian from Switzerland will make you feel right at home, as you relax in your room, or take a stroll through the spectacular gardens. As you settle down for the night, you will notice the peace and tranquillity of the location, and a deep sleep is almost guaranteed! Next morning, enjoy a hearty breakfast with homemade bread and local produce on the covered terrace overlooking the Tamar River. With new-found strength, you will have the rest of the day to discover the many attractions the region has to offer. We will be more than happy to make suggestions about sights to see. Ritas Bed and Breakfast offers accommodation for up to six guests in two spacious rooms, each with private en-suite bathroom. Both rooms are wheelchair accessible and are equipped with their own TV/DVD, microwave oven, mini-fridge and dining table. One of the rooms also features a covered terrace. Tea and coffee-making facilities are also available, and breakfast is included in the price. Tasmania is accessible from the Australian mainland by air and sea. The Spirit of Tasmania vehicular ferries connect Devonport with Melbourne on a regular basis.
