Batman Bridge this amazing road bridge was the worlds first cable-stayed truss bridge when built in 1968! Located 30km north of Launceston and 5 minutes from The Tamar River Retreat, it crosses the beautiful Tamar River and reaches 96m high. Stroll down to Bonnie Beach and fish with the Batman Bridge as a picturesque backdrop.
