The Anchor Down Holiday Units are six cottage-style accommodation apartments located in the beautiful tourist town of Strahan, on the picturesque West Coast of Tasmania. The proprietors, Annie and Max hope you will come and enjoy a quiet, relaxing, and fun stay in their smoke-free units as you enjoy the many attractions that Strahan and the West Coast of Tasmania have to offer. Anchor Down Holiday Units are ideal for travelling couples or families to relax and enjoy while visiting Strahan and the surrounding area. Your comfort is assured as we assist you with information on activities and sightseeing in the local area. We invite you to relax in our spacious, comfortable accommodation. We offer Queen size beds in our six cottages. Each cottage has two bedrooms, electric blankets, and extra blankets for those of you who feel the cold at any time of the year. We also offer sofa beds for any extra friends you wish to bring with you, and good quality single beds for your convenience should you require extra beds. Cots and high chairs are available for the little people coming on holidays with Mum and Dad. We have one, 2 bedroom cottage fitted out for disabled people. We are always happy to discuss any further needs with you. All cottages are at ground level with easy access to all doors. All rooms are fitted with all your crockery requirements, pots, pans, frypans, toaster ovens and microwaves.
