Main bedroom has a queen size bed and second bedroom has double bed. Polished floors, gas kitchen, wood heater, r.c. aircond., open plan living area, quality furnishings. Cottage fronts the broad Genoa River. Stroll 50 metres to boat ramp. Private deck with BBQ overlooking the water, huge sloping block dotted with grazing kangaroos. Boat parking and short-term jetty available. All Linen supplied.
