Cherry Plum Cottage is three and a half star Bed and Breakfast ccommodation in a spacious, one roomed timber cottage decorated with period furnishings. Breakfast provisions can be ordered in advance. You will also enjoy: double with ensuite, TV and CD player, all linen provided kitchenette with microwave and dishwasher, bbq and outdoor dining, private verandah, private garden area and off-street parking. Experience historic Port Fairy in a 150 year old setting within the Port Fairy township. Set on a 4 acre property within a 15 - 20 minute walk of the main shopping area and fishing port, you have the choice of 2 cottages in a delightful quiet and peaceful garden setting. Arrondoon was the 1862 home of farming family George and Maria Bull and 5 of their 7 children. It is constructed of coursed limestone with bluestone quoins; typical of the early Port Fairy buildings. Today Arrondoon has been sympathetically restored to offer guests fully self-contained accommodation When you stay at Port Fairy you are within a day trip of: Warrnambool The 12 Apostles and Port Campbell National Park, The Grampians and Halls Gap, Mt Gambier and Penola and the famous Coonawarra wine district.
