Perfect for relaxed conferencing, Clubs or sporting groups to holiday together. The House is just the spot for that quiet beach getaway, 180 degrees of Ocean Views, unwind at our coastal retreat. Ultra modern kitchen, Private Courtyards. Perfect for conferencing in a relaxed setting. Plenty of space, both inside and outdoors. A touch of luxury or a carefree family holiday. Open Fire and Foxtel cable TV. Outdoors - B.B.Qs, outdoor settings, lush lawns and garden in a securely fenced property. Off street parking available. Five minute walk to some of the best beaches for swimming and surfing on the whole surf coast. Most beaches are patrolled from January to April. Shopping in Australias capital of surf retailing Rip Curl and Quiksilver with shop and factory outlets. Fifteen minute drive to the city of Geelong, with extensive variety of shops and entertainment including go-kart racing, model aircraft flying, fun parks, cinemas and league football. Sport - Two minute drive to golf course, free tennis courts, lawn bowls and numerous walking tracks along ocean cliff tops and surrounding hills. Also horse riding, fishing boat ramp, joy flights, hang gliding, sailing, water skiing and two surf schools.
