Each apartment has been designed to offer a unique range of individual styles which preserve the historic character and warmth of this 140 year old residence.
Built in the 1860s, this beautiful Georgian Mansion was orginially built for an English Sea Captain. Situated on the exclusive St Kilda Hill, the property was built with outstanding views of the spectacular Port Phillip Bay. Views of the bay can still be seen from the top apartment today.
This Georgian style home still preserves the original design and still holds character of a well built mansion although extensive modernisation has been carried out internally and at the rear of the building. Characteristics of the building such as high ceilings and marble fireplaces generate a level of warmth and comfort to the building.
