Fountain Terrace - The comfort and friendliness of a traditional bed and breakfast combined with the charm and elegance of a European hotel. Seven beautiful guest rooms, all with private facilities individually decorated with its own unique style. Fountain Terrace guests have complimentary access to the wonderful St Kilda salt water sea baths and gymnasium. Built in 1880, Fountain Terrace has been lovingly restored to its former glory by Penny and Heikki Minkkinen. Fountain Terrace has luxurious interiors but retains the warmth of a traditional boutique hotel. Fountain Terrace is an excellent alternative to large, city hotels. Penny and Heikki have created a professional yet friendly environment for the business person or visitor to Melbourne. Fountain Terrace is conveniently situated on a beautiful tree-lined avenue just moments from the sea. Fountain Terrace has 7 beautiful roomsall with private ensuite facilities. Each room has been individually designer decorated to transport you into a world of luxury. Two of our rooms have luxury appointments such as King Size beds ideal for honeymooners, a romantic weekend or just an excuse for self-indulgence. All rooms have television, clock radio, tea and coffee making facilities, refrigerator, heat lamps in ensuites, heating and air-conditioning. Fountain Terrace is a non smoking building.
