Riverside Sanctuary offers quality farmstay accommodation and inspiring guided tours on a beautiful and protected section of the Murchison River. An operational farming property, much time has been invested into rehabilitating and protecting the natural landscape to create a holiday experience that is peaceful and unique. Donkey Hills house is a 3 bedroom house located 3.5km from the main homestead. Surrounded by a shady veranda this is a special spot with views down to the main homestead and river. It is close to the Echidna walk trail and a short stroll to the Donkey Hills lookout. The facilities include air-conditioning, full kitchen, laundry, TV, VCR/DVD, pot belly stove and scenic views. Linen, bedding and towels provided. We have 5 budget rooms available at the Shearers Quarters located adjacent to the Main House at the Main Homestead. These rooms are clean, basic sleeping accommodation and can sleep 4 to 5 people per room. Guests have access to shared shed camping area kitchen and ablution facilities adjacent, with toilets, showers and disabled facilities. Basic linen provided, guests need to bring their own bedding and towels.
