Top Paddock Cottage was purpose built in 2004 to provide guests with comfortable and attractive accommodation that allowed full advantage to be taken of the secluded location and terrific 360° views. While ideal for a single or double, two bedrooms allows for up to two couples to stay in complete comfort. The cottage is located just 5 Km from the centre of Harvey and 3.5Km off the South West Highway Each bedroom contains a queen-size bed, bedside tables with radio alarm clock and lamp, a robe, and a suitcase stand. The bathroom has a SPA bath, separate shower and spacious hand-basin area. A separate lavatory is located through a small laundry, which has a washing machine. Outdoors there is a gas BBQ with an outdoor setting. All BBQ utensils are provided. There is also an outdoor setting under the trees and overlooking the vineyard. The cottage is heated by a log gas heater and cooled with evaporative air cooling. From the cottage looking west you can see Harvey town below and the ocean in the distance. On a clear day Bunbury is visible. To the north is Korijekup reserve and the Harvey dam while to the east and south are peaceful hill and valley views. The cottage is for adults only and because of the farm livestock (dry milkers and Damara sheep) we are unable to cater for pets. The inside of the cottage is a smoke free zone.
