This two acre property boasts quality rooms all with ensuites and for guests' comfort there is ducted airconditioning in everyroom plus logfire in loungeroom. Excellent quality bed linen/towels are provided and a BBQ facility is available and meat packs can be purchased. Breakfast is a choice of fully cooked or continental and is served in the guests' dining room or 'al fresco' over-looking lovely gardens. A separate spa room is available and massages can be arranged with a local masseuse. Four queen bed rooms and one room with two king singles (with disabled amenities) all serviced with TVs, DVD's, radio, CD players, fridges and tea and coffee making facilities. Guests have their own comfortable loungeroom with TV and DVD plus a library of DVD's, books and magazines.

Bunbury is only a 12 minute drive from Settlers Lodge and has a cinema, shopping centres, many restaurants. Locally there is crabbing, prawning, fishing, boating (ramps are free with no waiting), beaches, cycleways, estuary walks, golf, vineyards (visit the beautiful Ferguson Valley where there are many wineries plus the famous "Gnomesville"!!), beach 4-wheel driving and Dolphin Discovery Centre.
