Baudins B&B was built in 2006 so our facilities are brand new. Guests enjoy the privacy of a separate house from your hosts. Located 1km west of the town centre on Bussell Highway 5 minutes walk to beach 10 minutes walk to town. The B&B rooms all have an ensuite bathrooms and reverse cycle air conditioning. We have 3 queen rooms and 1 twin. All the accommodation is a non smoking area. Other facilities include TV/DVD in each room, fridge, tea and coffee making, hairdryers and electric blankets. During the Summer months breakfast will be served on the patio. Guests can also use the patio area for an evening BBQ or just an afternoon cuppa and relaxation. Busselton has many kilometres of beautiful sandy beaches and clear safe waters making it an ideal holiday destination. The jetty has a reputation for being the longest wooden jetty in the southern hemisphere stretching 1.8 kilometres into the Bay. At the end of the jetty is the Underwater Observatory where visitors can descend 8 metres to the bottom of the seabed and view the magnificent coral and local marine life.
